We begin with an in-depth assessment to understand your current fitness level, physical goals, and areas of struggle. This allows us to tailor a program specifically for you, ensuring you get the most effective and enjoyable experience.Â
Step 2: Goal Setting WorkshopÂ
Attend a 1 hour Goal setting workshop where we narrow down what you really desire and want to achieve, how you want to feel along the way, and create clear actionable goals to lay the foundation of your program. Create affirmations and a vision board to support this dream.Â
Step 3: Tailored Programs
Based on your assessment, we create a customized program that includes:
- Yoga and Pilates Workouts: Enjoy specific warm-ups and workouts designed to enhance your flexibility, build strength, and support your overall well-being.
- Mindfulness Practices: Benefit from guided meditations, visualization exercises, and journal prompts to support a positive mental state and success in all areas of life.Â
- Access to The Always Active Club: Gain exclusive access to our extensive library of instructional videos, covering a wide range of exercises and mindfulness practices, along with live classes and special workshops.
Step 4: Accountability and Support
Accountability is the key to achieving your goals. Our coaching program includes:
- Regular Check-ins: Bi-Weekly coaching calls to celebrate success and identify areas of improvement.
Whatsapp Messaging: Predetermined accountability check ins, daily or weekly. Feeling stuck? Craving something different? Need to ask a question? Always Active is available on Whatsapp to support you.
