An Afternoon Designed for You

This three-hour in-person retreat blends slow, sacred movement, embodied presence, and soulful rituals to awaken the parts of you that often get left behind.

Whether you're a mother, caregiver, nurturer, or simply someone who holds a lot—this space is for you.

  • A gentle opening circle to soften and land
  • 50 minutes of restorative yin yoga with Jenn
  • Tea, journaling, and time to reflect
  • A deeply resourcing embodiment practice with Jannine
  • A Take-home bundle with prompts + grounding meditation, bath salts, and eye pillow

Expect to leave feeling rested, replenished, and reconnected—to yourself, your body, and your feminine flow.
